Ingredients

Proprietary herbal blend .............. 485 mg: Fresh Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) Holy Basil leaf (Ocimum sanctum) Bacopa herb ( Bacopa monnieri) Fresh Turmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa) Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus) Milk Thistle seed (Silybum marianum) Blessed Thistle flower (Cnicus benedictus) Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus) Prickly Ash bark (Zanthoxylum americanum) Fresh Ashwagandha root: A primary adaptogen in this formula, Ashwagandha helps the adrenal glands function normally and produce healthy amounts of cortisol. This is a well-known herb for helping a balanced stress response and supporting restful, quality sleep. Holy Basil leaf: Also called Tulsi, Holy Basil is a gentle adaptogen for supporting the adrenal glands. It’s important to note that adaptogens neither encourage the body to relax nor become stimulated. Their action is to help the body adapt as needed and promote homeostasis. For that reason, adaptogens are used for numerous purposes when encouraging normal adrenal function. Bacopa herb: Bacopa nurtures the body as an adaptogen and an antioxidant. It has also been used to encourage a normal stress response and is said to generally support healthy moods and cognitive function. Fresh Turmeric rhizome: One of the best antioxidant herbs available, Turmeric also supports liver health. Since Turmeric can be difficult for the body to absorb, we employ an extraction method using fresh, organic Turmeric that creates a potent liquid extract much stronger than a simple glycerin extraction. This method captures all of the herb’s useful constituents, including curcumin and other curcuminoids. Astragalus root: Another popular adaptogen, Astragalus helps the body's normal ability to adapt to stress. It also contains polysaccharides, constituents that assist a healthy immune response. Milk Thistle seed: A gentle and effective herb for healthy liver function, Milk Thistle supports liver metabolism and its ability to balance the body’s hormones. Blessed Thistle flower: Blessed or Holy Thistle offers similar liver support as Milk Thistle. Additionally, it has been shown to exhibit support for the immune system and digestive health. Chaste Tree berry: Used for its gentle, tonic support of the anterior pituitary, Vitex is an amphoteric herb, meaning it will help maintain normal hormone levels...
